A few common ones.

Can a firm be more than one type of partner?

Yes. Several early partners are both Practitioners and Technology Partners. The agreements stack cleanly - each track has its own commercial terms.

Do we share in the IP?

No. The SRS methodology stays with the GMS Institute - that's what protects the signal. You get a license to deliver or distribute, and full commercial upside on your side of the relationship.

Is there exclusivity?

In specific markets or categories, yes - typically for the first mover. Exclusivity is scoped and time-boxed, never indefinite.

What does it cost?

Licensing is modular. Fees depend on tier, geography and volume. We share a commercial deck after the discovery call.
