Tim Clover
Tim is a recognised Australian innovator and serial entrepreneur. He built Glow from his front room to a global data and insights powerhouse - proving Australian-based technology can produce unparalleled value on the global stage.
Tim developed, tested and commercialised SRS from its inception, working with blue-chip clients to prove a broad-scale market opportunity and convert early pilots into a scalable commercial programme. His ability to commercialise insight, combined with a keen understanding of capital efficiency in developing new ventures, makes him the ideal executive founder to scale GMS to a global standard.

John Merakovsky
John is an experienced executive and board director with a strong track record in digital transformation, strategic leadership and innovation across multiple industries. He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of RACV, SAAFE CRC and Lawcover, and is Chair of Orijin Plus and Experimenta.
John brings expertise in growth strategy, governance, data monetisation and digital marketing, having led major strategic and digital transformation initiatives that delivered record profits and growth in new markets.
